Join us for a weekend of fun for everyone. Kids Demo Rodeo, Bench Show, Tack Sales, Vendor Market, Lawn Games, Critters Corner and to end the night a Dance!

4 pm-8 pm : Tack and Trade Show
4 pm-8 pm : Community Weiner Roast
- First 150 people get a free hotdog.

4 pm -8 pm Bouncy House
6:00pm-8:00 pm Bench Show drop off
6:30 pm-9 pm Corn Hole Tournament

Saturday -$2/person at the gates- Gates open 11 am-4pm

8 am-10 am: BBQ Contestants set up

Kids Demo Fun Rodeo

It's time for a demo gymkhana this summer! Try your hand out at Fun Rodeo and see if it's the sport for you.
We have something for everyone during this Fun Rodeo. Categories will be broken into age categories.

Ages 5-8 **Will be allowing lead line

Ages 9-11

Ages 12-14

**All ages as of January 1, 2023

Options for the Events:

Barrel Racing

Poles

Goat Untieing: Riding up to goat, stop horse, dismount, untie

Roping: Riding up to roping dummy, stop horse, dismount, rope

*Will be a stationary roping dummy

Welcome to the first annual Backyard BBQ Rib competition in Athabasca! We are looking for the best Ribs in the north!

Come show off your skills !

Early bird registration & entry fee of $60 until May 31, after May 31 fee bumps to $100

• This is a Pork Ribs Only Competition, meat will be provided.

Check In Time is 8:00am—10:00am, all teams must be set up by 10:00am

First Place ($250) + Trophy

Second Place ($150)

Third Place ($75)

Tack and Vendor Sale

Have new and used tack you'd like to sell?

Have a business that you'd like to promote and sell at our summer event?

Tables are $20 per table [we will allow 15 vendors maxiumum]

Must be setup and ready to go for 1030am on Saturday, June 17th

Selling begins at 11am and ends at 3pm

Will be in the SMALL BARN, cement side (not Hall)

If you sell out early you must keep your table up and stay until 3 pm to tear down

No table clothes will be provided *if you'd like one, please bring your own*

We will supply 8 feet tables ($20 each), you can purchase multiple tables for yourself if you'd like
